As Chief Executive Officer, Chris Heffinger brings over twenty years (20) experience in the Las Vegas Construction market and over twenty five years in the Construction Industry. This knowledge has been gained through commercial, retail, restaurant, medical, industrial ground-up and hotel gaming construction projects, and has held various leadership positions in his construction career before venturing out on his own as CEO. An impeccable work ethic, strong core values & a passion for the construction industry drives him to succeed & motivate others to accomplish their goals and he has dedicated himself to providing the highest level of customer service and quality to his clients. Chris is a LEED Accredited Professional and utilizes his knowledge of green building to implement these ideas into all of the projects he builds. Active in the community, Mr. Heffinger has worked with many charitable organizations over the years, including City Mission of Las Vegas, Three Square and several youth leadership organizations.
President / Interior Designer
As President and Interior Designer for the company, Lisa brings over 15 years of experience in Interior Design. She has the ability to work with clients and take a blank palette and transform it into their vision, bringing in color and style to every project from commercial to residential. She has a sharp eye for details and style, whether with furniture or fabrics or even color. With a very outgoing friendly personality, she can transform nothing to something. She works closely with clients, architect and field personnel during every critical step of the way to ensure the end product meets the highest level of detail and represents the clients, architects as well as her own visions for the finished product.
As a Construction Manager, Debbie Tuss brings over 10 years of experience in the Las Vegas Construction market and over 20 years of customer service. Debbie has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management with an emphasis in Information Technology which has helped her transition easily to Construction Management. With experience in Commercial, Retail, and Public Works construction, she has completed many multi-million dollar projects. With her strong education background and motivation to succeed she has been able to strive in the construction industry in both the management and accounting fields. In her free time, Debbie is a Volunteer with Dress for Success Southern Nevada and a committee member for their job readiness program, the Going Places Network by Walmart, a program in which she was able to help launch here in Southern Nevada. She also is a committee member for Dress for Success Southern Nevada Professional Women’s Group and a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Program.
Don Crisbert Carreon
Estimator / Project Manager
As an Estimator / Project Manager, Don Crisbert brings over seven years of experience in the Architecture and Construction industry. He is a Registered Architect in the Philippines and holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Architecture, which helped him adjust easily in the field of General Construction. His experience includes design and planning commercial, institutional, office, residential, high rise and low rise buildings, architectural drawing preparation, estimating and project coordination. His extensive eye in detail, presentation and his understanding in architecture helped him to be an effective estimator and project manager. Don Crisbert started his career as a CAD Technician in an architectural firm and worked his way into as a senior architect before moving here in Las Vegas. His desire and motivation to learn new things, to be competitive, creative, patient and resourceful are his ingredients to a successful career.
As Superintendent, John Tuttle brings over 30 years of experience in the Construction industry. His experience includes commercial, medical, retail,institutional, office, residential, high rise and low rise buildings, including full site development. His extensive field experience over the years has led him to become well respected within the construction community and with subcontractors and inspectors alike. John understands the importance of getting projects built on time and within budget and all the while paying attention to the details.
As Superintendent/Project Manager Ken Warner brings over 25 years of experience in the Construction industry. His experience includes commercial, medical, retail,institutional, office, residential, high rise and low rise buildings, residential, apartments and full site development. Ken has the full ability to solely manage and run a project from start to finish at the Project Manager with a full understanding of the office and field side of the Construction Industry and has tremendous working relationships with local building inspectors and subcontractors, as well as working directly with design consultants and owners alike.
As Superintendent/Project Manager Brian Shultz brings over 20 years of experience in the Construction industry. His experience includes commercial, medical, retail,institutional, office, residential, and extensive experience in the flooring industry. Brian brings a wealth of knowledge to the Titanium Team and an energetic outlook and team concept and works well with subcontractors, owners and design consultants.
